sTEP ONE: APPLICATION
The application for all Youth Summer Trips are available.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Check the information packet for the application due date of your trip.
- Return your application to the Youth mailbox or Cathy Wilcox in the Church Office through Cathy's email here.
- If you are completing an application on your phone, download the document first so that you can fill in your answers.
- Be sure to save your completed application in a place you can find it next year. Some of your answers might change as you grow, but some answers might happen to stay the same year to year!
- When you type your name to sign at the end of the application, this is considered your signature. If you are under 18, a parents will also need to sign by typing their name on the appropriate line.

After the applications deadline has passed, Pastor Nate and Pastor David will let you know if you have been accepted.
REMEMBER: Most details you need for preparing for your trip including meeting dates, financial information and due dates, and even a packing list are in the Information Packet.
